Marketing & sales manager

Job purpose:
To provide the leadership through planning, organizing, directing & controlling to achieve the departments short-and long-range business development objectives in the company's product market segments.

Responsibilities:
- To develop a marketing plan for the products and services;
- To manage staff;
- To perform profit and loss analysis for products & services;
- To develop recommendations for a range of products and market strategy;
- To develop and manage advertising and promotion plans;
- To develop and manage sales channels for all products and services;
- To manage and develop new markets;
- To provide recommendations for new products and services;
- To provide assistance in preparing the budget for the Marketing and Sales Department.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or equivalent;
- 10+ years Sales and Marketing experience;
- 2 years experience in Telecom (including experience as a manager);
- Problem solving skills at a strategic level;
- To anticipate and react effectively to problems;
- To initiate and stimulate;
- Leadership skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Advance computer skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication.
