Job Purpose:
To provide the primary customer interface that is responsible for the development of business and relationships with new and existing small business accounts.

Responsibilities:
- To assess the commercial value of the organization within a market division;
- To attune the sales strategies as instructed by the executive;
- To develop proposals in accordance with the commercial quality of the services;
- To provide advice against potential competition threats;
- To research, understand and continue to develop the organization's place within the Telecom B2B market;
- To promote the sales unit;
- To recognize the needs of the client, while anticipating the topicality and to positively influence the demand of the services;
- To create harmonization with small business accounts;
- To assess the contents of the contracts;
- To recognize the business problems and the factors for success of the organization within a market group;
- To assess the alternatives for positioning of the market group;
- To formulate action plans;
- To point out structural developments within a market division;
- To recognize possibilities in the field of multimedia to improve the position of the organization and the clients on the market;
- To recognize advantages by initiating new combinations between telecommunications, information science and client communication;
- To assess the possibility of copying custom-made solutions;
- To provide client ownership and internal liaising on small projects;
- Assist senior account managers with internal liaising on large value added projects;
- To recognize and visualize success and failure factors of the sales routes;
- To provide evaluation reports on this matter.
- To provide weekly reports on all activities done in the field & order intake;
- To assist senior account managers with reports on business projects and sales forecasts.

Requirements:
- Associate (MBO) level degree in business commerce;
- Knowledge of information technology and telecommunications;
- Knowledge of the market, the services and the sales strategies;
- Strong interpersonal skills in attuning the needs of internal and external clients;
Strong presentation skills to sell the services of the organization;
- Oral and written proficiency in English and Dutch;
- Candidates with Dutch Caribbean affinity preferred.
