We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for our Call Center, who possesses good verbal and written communication skills in Papiamentu and in English.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Customer Service Representative, Call center

  • answer incoming calls professionally
  • contact businesses or private individuals by phone
  • follow up customer calls where necessary
  • respond to customer inquiries
  • research required information using available resources
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • provide customers with product and service information
  • process orders, forms and applications

Education and Experience

  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • customer service experience
  • six months or more experience in a call center environment
  • experience in making collection calls
  • proficient in relevant computer applications
