Client Analyst Role

As Client Analyst, you will provide essential support to the Account Management Department and the CEO, providing actionable recommendations that improve our bottom line.

Team Fit

The Client Analyst works within the Account Management Department. In this role, you will report directly to the Business Unit Manager.

Responsibilities

·         Collect, analyze and report performance metrics from our partners

·         Assist Account Managers in producing and continually updating URLs (tracking codes)

·         Use in-house and partner tools to measure site conversion

·         Produce bi-weekly reports and provide recommendations based on these reports

·         Coordinate and help to produce trackers for the segments we work within and produce detailed monthly reports for our guides

·         Extract monthly invoicing data from our partners and deliver to our finance department

Professional Requirements

·         Strong background in quantitative analysis (any combination of education and experience)

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Advanced Excel skills

·         Proven coordination abilities

·         Strong profit, sales and market focus

·         Experience with Internet

·         Active participation in online poker/casino an asset (past or current)

Formal Requirements

·         Post secondary degree or diploma (preferably in Marketing or Economics) is an asset

·         Fluent in English
